This week I really enjoyed reading more about the film Inside Out. I think it is cool that they had an actual psychologist that helped them to keep the film somewhat accurate. It was interesting to read more about the film from a psychologists point of view. It really helped open my eyes to the different things that were actually true in the show and the things that were exaggerated for the entertainment factor.
I also enjoyed learning more about social norms. I have always found this topic very interesting I think that we often get too comfortable with social norms that when those norms are broken, we get too bugged out. I personally think it should be okay for people to go against social norms and not be judged. I think many of us jump to conclusions about people who break social norms. I understand the importance of social norms, but I also think that some norms aren't too important. I also didn't realize how many of the social norms I do and how they play such a big role in my own life.
I love that movie! It was really interesting to see the different emotions each character represented.
